Sr. Architect : Having at least 5 -7 years of working knowledge of designing residential project with expertise in area calculation/working drawings /submission drawings, preparing estimate & knowledge of local development control regulation. Having experience with architectural llrms / real-estate Industry wttti residential projects will be preferred. 

Sr. Executive Asst to MD : Need to maintaining daily schedule & prioritize appointments /meetings, maintain office files & record, reports & correspondences, to Interact with all level of management, staff & business associates / carry out duties as assigned by the micromanagement time to time, should have atleast 5 year of work! no experience with a PG-Degrea/Diploma & preferably an MBA.
