The Group is looking for dynamic and target/result oriented professionals for the following positions:

LEGAL

President (Legal): LL.B/LL.M having at least 25 years of experience in legal/corporate matters with sound understanding of law & possessing application of mind. Incumbent should be conversant with legal aspects pertaining to industrial sector, viz. Power/Mining & Cement. Incumbent is expected to support implementation teams & Business Heads and should have flair of dealing with legal luminaries.

General Manager (Legal): LLB/ LL.M having 20-24 years of experience in Legal matters of Corporate & Commercial Laws. Should be conversant with Legal aspects of Real Estate/Construction Contracts/ Manufacturing /Trading Businesses. Should be able to lead a team & support functional Head in all legal affairs of the Group. Should have hands on experience in dealing with Service Tax. Sales Tax, Corporate Law and Labour Laws matters.

Assistant Manager (Legal): LL.B/LL.M having 04 years or more experience in dealing with legal aspects of land/corporate laws/commercial laws/labour laws etc. Should have experience of representing/ appearing before Hon'ble Courts/tribunals/forums/judicial/quasi judicial bodies. Should have good working knowledge in legal drafts, maintenance of legal records, scheduling of cases and follow up etc.

POWER

President (Thermal Power): B.Tech/M.Tech -Technocrat having 25 - 30 years or more working experience in dealing with power matters particularly in Thermal Power. Incumbent should have good managerial acumen & competency, to be the Business Head for Operations, Raw Materials, Fuel Supply and Coordination matters for 400 MW thermal power unit split in two locations. Should have better understanding of technical aspects such as Boiler, T.G., Coal Handling/Ash Handling System, Transformers, HT/LT Switch Gears, Switchyard, Instrumentation System and related fields. Applicant should be less than 60 years of age.

Vice President (Power Trading): B.F/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or CA/ICWA having more than 24 years experience in dealing with commercial matters related to Power Regulations, Power Selling and PPA related matters. Candidate will be responsible for formulating strategy for power selling arrangements for long term, short term and medium term arrangements for Power to be generated from various Hydro and Thermal Power Projects of the group. The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Electricity Act as well as the guidelines issued by Central/State Regulatory authorities and should be familiar with filing of petitions for tariff and related issues. He should also be conversant with concepts of Power Trading and Power Exchange.
