COLLECTION MANAGER (Nagpur, Vapi, Silvassa, Dombivli, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Delhi
Should have min. 5year experience in collections
RESPONSIBILITY:- Should be able lo meet collection targets defined by the management Minimizing the financial losses, Interaction with clients on daily bases. Follow up with clients for collection. Achieving the collection targets. Ensuring collection process and procedures, to build a good relationship with Clients.
MALL MANAGER & ASSISTANT MALL MANAGER (Nagpur, Vapi, Silvassa, Dombivli)
Having experience of 7+years in Mall Management.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Mall Managers will be accountable for leasing (long-term and temporary), negotiation of contracts, staff supervision, office management, budgeting and monthly financial analysis and reporting, tenant and public relations, and operational issues all with the goal of maximizing the asset value of the property.
