Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry (MCHI -CREDAI), formed in 1982, is the most prominent & recognized body of Real Estate Developers in Mumbai and MMR. It is recognized by Government of Maharashtra and the Central Government as trade body. MCHI-CREDAI has a strong Membership of over 1000 leading Developers in Mumbai and has expanded across MMR, having its own units in Thane, Kalyan -Dombivali, Mira - Virar City, Raigad and Navi Mumbai. MCHI-CREDAI works towards raising awareness among the General Public, Real Estate and Construction Industry and acts as interface between Govt., Developers & Consumers.

HEAD - SECRETARIAT --
MBA with over all 10 to 15 yrs. of exp. The candidates' main responsibility is to effectively manage Associations' operations, act as an interface between MCHI Managing Committee & the Association Members. He / She should ensure that all sub-committees interact seamlessly and efficiently. The role is also responsible to add new members & offer Member services. Experience in Trade bodies such as CII FICCI, IMC, ASSOCHM or similar associations etc. is must. Age: 35-45.

HEAD - PR --
Graduate / P. G. in any stream (MBA or Mass Communication will be an advantage). This role lends PR support to MCHI CREDAI executive committee, president and secretary's office and MCHI events through various media including effective planning and implementation of public relations strategy, activities such as communication mailers, press relations, special events planning, targeted outreach In line with the strategy of MCHI CREDAI. Knowledge of the Real Estate industry trends, PR practices and policies and media dynamics; appropriate communication skills is must. Tech savvy. Will be responsible for managing the PR Agency. Age: 30-40. Experience with trade bodies will be an added advantage.

HEAD - EVENTS MANAGEMENT --
Graduate with 10 to 15 yrs. of exp. in the field of Event Management, either for an Event / Exhibition Management Company or in a similar role in a large Company. The candidates' main responsibility is to conceptualize, plan and execute events (external & internal), exhibitions / conferences and promotional activities. Should have expertise in operations and also in revenue generation. Age: 35 - 40.
