Petronet LNG Limited, India's Premier Infrastructure Company, promoted by four major Oil & Gas PSUs, is operating South East Asia's first LNG Terminal at Dahej, Gujarat, second LNG Terminal at Kochi, Kerala is about to commission. Further, company is setting up third Terminal at East Coast, Gangavaram, Andhra Pradesh. The company has been ranked 46th and 35th among India's top 500 Largest Corporations based on the sum total income and total assets for the FY 2011-12 by Fortune India magazine and Financial Express, respectively. We are looking for bright and energetic professionals for our LNG Terminal at Kochi, Kerala.

Chief Manager (HR), Kochi, Kerala

The incumbent should be 1st Class MBA (Two years full time) in HR or equivalent course from institute/university of repute with post qualification experience of 17 to 20 years in a professionally managed large organization preferably with hydrocarbon industries. Experience in the area of Employee Relations, Industrial relations, Exposure to handle service matters, Compliance Management, Office Administration, facilities management like transport, housekeeping, canteen etc is mandatory. Incumbent should also have exposure of implementation of Corporate Policies, Recruitment, Training, Management of performance evaluation, basic SAP HR PA module etc. Exposure on OD and change management would have an added advantage. The incumbent should have excellent communication skills.
