Training:

Training given in starting 2 yrs. period, under training program 6 months classroom training were provided.
Under 6 month training period company provide accommodation + food with stipend for Rs. 1600/- p.m.
After 6 month, factory which is located in Gwalior provide an online job training to the candidates. Also for that period company provide the salary for Rs. 5845/- p.m.
After 2 yrs. trainees eligible for permanent job in SRF Ltd (Gwalior).
