ICG Recruitment 2014 - Assistant Commandant Vacancies. The Indian Coast Guard known as ICG is the 4th branch of the armed force of India. Its mission is the protection of India's maritime interests and enforcement of maritime law. with jurisdiction over the territorial waters of India, including its contiguous zone and exclusive economic zone.

various branches as a Group W Gazetted Officers the rank of Assistant Commandant at pay scale of Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay Rs 5400.

Qualification: Candidates who wish to apply for this post must posess the following skill and criteria : Qualified Graduation Degree in Mathematics. Physics and Technology with first division marks from any recognized University.

Pay or Scale : Selected candidates would be eligible to get the pay scale of around Rs.15,600 to 3g,ioo with G.P. Rs.5.400/- per month.

SeLection Procedure: Selection will be based on Written Examination.

(i) The name of the candidate, father/mother's name and date of birth should be same as mentioned in the 10th class pass certificate.

(ii) Indicate exact percentage of 12th and Graduation marks upto two decimals and this is not to be rounded off.

(iii) Candidates to choose any one venue out of the options displayed.

(iv) Filling up of information like personal email ID and Mobile number of the candidate is compulsory. The date, time and venue of the test and other information will be informed through personal email ID.
