Immediate Requirement

Walk-In for client interview with CV, passport, certificates & 2 photos on the following dates & addresses between 9:30 am to 4:00 pm

Senior Architect: Degree in Architecture is must, with 5 yrs. exp in Gulf. He will be responsible for project's full design office, check and study drawings issued for construction, allocate resources for preparing shop drawings. He will also be responsible timely submission and approvals of shop drawings, mock-ups submit as Built drawings upon completion of project.
Draughtsmen Jr.: ITI in civil with Auto CAD with 3-5 yrs. exp., preferably with Interior Contractor. Take site dimensions / site survey, prepare shop drawings, revisions, guide Factory Foremen, Site foremen submit As-Buill drawings.
Project OS: Degree / Diploma i n Civil /Architecture / BSC QS with 5-7 years exp. He will be responsible for collecting tender documents study and prepare quotations/ tender with pre-qualification, prepare monthly valuations, subcontractors Payment certificates, Submit variations, Final Accounts, follow up for payment certificates, submit cost build up, prepare budgets, material and labor monitoring etc.
Maintenance Engineer - Electrical: Degree / Diploma in Electrical with 5 to 7 years exp. in maintenance of equipment & auxiliaries and utilities of process industries. Exp. in trouble shooting and restoration of machineries i.e. process equipment, cranes, mast climbers, electrical compressors etc. Through knowledge in PLC and it's control wi ring diagram. Computer literacy.
Maintenance Engineer - Mechanical: Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical with 5 to 1 years exp. in maintenance of equipment & auxiliaries and utilities of process industries. Exp. in trouble shooting and restoration of machineries i.e. Overhauling of process equ ipment {mecha nical assemblies, gear boxes, pum ps etc. Computer literacy.
