NON-TEACHING POSITIONS

The Thakur Educational Group aims to be the centre of excellence for multidisciplinary education in the field of Management Engineering, Computer Applications etc. To achieve our mission of providing quality education at all levels, we currently have 14 institutes providing world class education from kindergarten to post-graduation, sprawled across 6 campuses with over 38000 students and 1800 employees. The Group is looking for persons to serve in professional courses who are result oriented, self-motivated, disciplined, possess good inter personal skills, good health, people skills and passion for working with students.

  • HEAD-BRANDING & ADVERTISING - •  BMM • Age: Between 30-55 years • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience  in  similar  position•  Excellent written and oral English communication skills
  • HR MANAGER - •  Graduate / MBA in HR with minimum 10 years relevant experience in large setup •Age: Between 35-45 years • Knowledge of handling legal matters •   Strong capability of handling HR related jobs independently
  • REGISTRARS - •  Post Graduate with good academic record • Age: Between 30-55 years • Working experience of minimum 8 years (of which 3 years as Deputy Registrar or any equivalent post) in the functioning of general and academic administration, estate and campus management, liaison and such other roles ascribed   to   the   Registrar   post   of  an   Institute • Adequate knowledge of written and spoken Marathi •  Excellent written and oral English communication skills   •   Knowledge   of   handling   legal   matters •   Experience of IT application  in administration •  Strong capability of handling administration jobs independently
  • TRAINING & PLACEMENT COORDINATORS - • BMS / BMM • Age: Between 25-40 years • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Educational Institute •  Excellent written and oral English communication skills
  • EXECUTIVE ASSISTANTS TO CEO/ DIRECTOR - • Graduate • Age: Between 25-40 years • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in similar position • To be able to interact with various stakeholders (internal and external) and departments across the organization • To take care of communication to stakeholders • To prepare and coordinate for meetings • Follow-up, monitor and evaluate strategies and MIS /regular reports • Excellent written and oral English communication skills
  • COPYWRITER - • Post Graduate in relevant field • Minimum 5 years relevant experience
  • STENOGRAPHERS - • Graduate • Age: Between 25-50 years • Minimum 5 years relevant experience • Excellent command over English • Minimum stenography speed 80 w.p.m. •  Minimum typing speed of 80 w.p.m • Able to draft letters independently
  • HEAD CAMPUS MANAGEMENT (ESTATE AND STUDENTS' DISCIPLINE) - • H.S.C. pass • Age: Between 30-45 years • Minimum 10 years of experience in administrative leadership in large set-up preferably in educational sector • Monitor and maintain high standards in security, infrastructure and students' discipline • Organizational and quality management skills • Ex-Army officer upto 58 years of age may also apply
  • FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVES - • Graduate • Age: Between 25-35 years • Minimum 2 years experience in similar position • Should be proactive & execute extremely professional behaviour • Have excellent written and oral English communication skills & good etiquette
