Legal Assistant / Law Officer (M/F) - Part Time Basis
Due diligence of lands end stmcturing of acquisitions. Good drafting, negotiating and reviewing documentation, verification and examination of documents such as agreement of sale. Leave & License Agreement, Lease Agreement, Development Agreements. Tenancy Agreement Deed of Gift, Will & Documents related to Mortgage - Hypothecation - Pledge, Powerof Attorney.Affldavttand other documents pertaining to litigation, should be well versed with court procedures, Negotiating and communications as well as settlement talks with clients. Take complete ownership for managing documentation & litigation all the supportive functions. Excellent interpersonal skills. Knowledge of stamp Duty & Registration.

Sr. Architect - (M/F)
Having at least 5 to 7 years of working knowledge of designing residential projects with expertise In area calculations / working drawings / submission drawings, preparing estimates & knowledge of local development control regulations. Having experience with architectural Arms / real estate industry with residential projects will be preferred.
