GM/AVP PD - B.E./M.E. (Chemical Engineering) (Job Code : 1) - Experience of process design, commissioning of commercial plant, hand on experience on process trouble shooting & capacity debottlenecking for batch process industry.
GM/AVP Engg - B.E./ M.E. (Chemical Engineering) (Job Code: 2) - Experience of Engineering functions of API or Chemical companies. Will be taking care of mechanical. electrical and instruments maintenance.
AVP Quality - M.Sc. / PhD analytical/ Org. Chemistry (Job Code : 3) - Having experience on Quality functions of Chemical or API Plant. Responsible for Quality monitoring for products including new molecule. Well versed with contamination prevention system, achieving cost savings and quality improvement in packing and product quality. Administration and organization of quality function activities related to testing, resource planning and method validations. Thorough knowledge of instruments like GC / HPLC. Spectrometer, SAP and ISO systems. Should have worked in NABL certified organizations.
DGM Projects - B.E. (Chemical or Mechanical Engineering) (Job Code : 4) - Exposed to multi-product plant design and familiarity on green - field project will be added advantage, monitoring the status of projects in multi -locations, experience on dealing with large no - of contractors and vendors for meeting project time line, good knowledge on rotating equipment design and its trouble shooting and knowledge of ISO system and SAP.
St Mar. Production - B.E. / M.E. (Chemical Engineering) (Job Code : 5) - Having exp in production functions of chemical or API Plant. Product change over exp is preferred. Candidate must have knowledge about chemical batch process, strong background of multi-product manufacturing and knowledge of chemical process. He must be conversant with Change control management, Contamination prevention system, strict adherence to HSE compliance, Upkeep of plant and machinery, cost reduction and process improvement initiatives based on latest global development in unit operations and process. Exposure to DCS operated plants.
Manager- MIS - Any B.E. with CA/ICWA additional Qualification. (Job Code : 6) - Having exp in MIS, Accounting, inventory control, Statutory law .Physical Stock verification, co - ordinate plant audit, overseas plant asset accounting, MIS , operations and efficiency reports, budgetary control and activity based costing. [ Person from any mfg will do. Age around 38 yrs.]
Assistant Manager / Manager - Packing QA - B.Sc. / M.Sc. / Degree / Diploma in packaging (Job Code : 7) - Having experience of quality control of incoming packing materials and quality of finished goods packaging. Preparation of specification for packaging & method of testing for packaging material. Design and development of packaging tor Agro formulation and Bulk packaging tor fine - chemical & industrial chemicals. Preparation of Engineering drawing for art work setting for unit pack w.r.t packaging requirement & continual improvement in packaging design. Evaluation for packaging machineries, vendor development & knowledge about the packaging of bulk product for export and ISO systems.
Sr. Mar. Aaroformulation - Production - B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Job Code: 8) - Responsibility to run a Formulation plant independently. Strict monitoring of targeted production as per business plan maintaining budgeted RMC. Waste generation and good manufacturing practices. Manage the productivity by utilizing plant capacity as per marketing requirement. Working experience of WDG plant is must. Co-ordinate for dispatch as per daily production plan. Knowledge of SAP and MS Office.

For AVP/GM/DGM levels, age should be below 48 years, experience around 16 to 22 years.
For Sr. Manager/Managers, age should be below 45 years, experience around 14 to 18 years.
For AM, age should be below 35 years, 27 to 35 yrs, experience around 6 to 10 years.
