TERRITORY SALES MANAGER - KENYA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market the products in assigned geographic territory by using exceptional selling skills to exceed pre-established territory forecasts
  • Continually promote Guardian's breadth of product offerings on all sales calls to achieve maximum client solution opportunities
  • Develop detailed business plans for each key account and review quarterly with the Sales Director in order to achieve the maximum annualized growth.
  • Develop territory, market penetration and sales execution strategies to consistently attain and exceed goals
  • Interact & develop rapport with the customer at all leve Is for cu stomer retention
  • Recommend and document pricing requirements
  • Update customer database and be in a position to make forecasts for sales and achieve the same
  • Identifying new business opportunities and projects and converting them into clients
  • Track new infrastructure developments in respective territory and develop a database to aid sales

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in Business Management or Marketing preferred. MBA in Marketing or Sales would bean added advantage
  • Minimum 5 years'experience in the glass or building materials industry would be a definite advantage
  • Must be aself-starterwiih excellent interpersonal & persuasive communication skills
  • Substantiated capability to effectively negotiate and close business
  • Outstanding follow up and organizational skills
  • Hands on experience in handling traders and proven experience in sales of wide portfolio of products
