IIT Gandhinagar invites applications for the following positions to be filled on DEPUTATION basis from qualified engineers with experience in construction of large building projects, while working for Central Government / State Governments / Public Sector Undertakings / Autonomous
1. Executive Engineer (Civil, 1 post)2. Assistant Engineer (Electrical, 1 post)Complete application in prescribed format must be forwarded through proper channel to the Deputy Registrar, IIT Gandhinagar on or before 14th March 2014. However candidate may send an advanced copy to reach the institute before the last date.
Appointments shall be made as per GOI rules for deputation/foreign services. In addition, a special allowance of up to 30% of basic pay will be paid in deserving cases.
