DOCUMENT VERIFICATION (D.V.) OF PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED & OTHER CANDIDATES.

[Employment Notice No. RRC/CR/01/2012 dated 07/08/2012, Group 'D' Grade Rs. 5200-20200 + GP Rs. 1800]

1. On the basis of Physical Efficiency test (PET) held for the candidates other than Physically handicapped from 24/02/2014 to 02/03/2014 in Pune and Nagpur Division, the provisionally eligible candidates who have been qualified In the PET are being called for the Document verification based on their merit in the written test marks.
2. The date of Document Verification (D V) is fixed from 21/04/2014 to 09/05/2014. The candidates are advised to report at 10.00 hrs in the morning on the day which is mention in their call letter.
3. The Document Verification for Physically handicapped candidates is fixed on 09.05.2014. The candidates are advised to report at 10.00 hrs in the morning for the Document Verification. Call letters have been despatched
4. The candidates who will not be able to attend Document verification due to Elections in their respective states on 30/04/2014 and 07/05/2014 are advised to attend Document Venfication on 15/05/2014and 16/05/2014.
5. The venue for the Document Verification is as under: Railway  Recruitment  Call,  Central railway,  Chief  Project Manager (Conv) Office Building, Wadi Bunder, P. D'Mello Road, Mumbai, Pin-400010.
6. The candidates will be sent for medical examination if they found eligible in the Document Verification The medical examination may be held at any Divisional Headquarter viz. Mumbai, Bhusawal, Nagpur, Solapur & Pune. The candidates are advised to come prepared to stay and travel to the Medical examination centre which may required 2-4 days or more
7. The standby candidates will be called for the Document Verification ONLY if the candidates in the main merit are absent/ rejected dunng Document Verification etc after following due procedure.
8. RRC/Central Railway reserves the right to add/delete the name of any candidate from the notified result/panel at any stage of the recruitment procedure due to error or omission if any.
9. If any discrepancy or malpractice by the candidate is noticed or brought to the notice of RRC at any stage, the candidature of such a candidate is liable to be rejected. The decision of RRC in the matter shall be final.
10. The instructions for the Document Verification and the details of the dates of Document Verification are uploaded on the RRC website in www.rrccr.oom / www.rrccr.gov.in. The candidates are advised to check details from the website.
