Education Department coordination. Thorough knowledge of MEPS Act & Rules. SS Code, RTE Act isessential. Experience of handling multi-location schools will bean added advantage. Ability to correspond & communicate in English and Marat hi is essential., LEGAL EXECUTIVE (Ref: LEX): Graduate in Law. Knowledge of court procedures. Procedure related to charitable Trust. MEPS, RTE, RTI, essential, drafting of notice and replies, advising / meeting senior counsels, advising schools/colleges on legal matters., SECRETARY (Ref: SEC): Graduate from a recognized University with min. 5 years experience, English & Ma rath i Typing @ 40 w.p.m, Drafting of letters in English & Marathi, knowledge of shorthand is desirable. Maintaining office systems. Including data management and other secretarial work. Excellentcommand over written Sspoken English.
