EoI-UPSC-2016 INVITING EXPRESSION OF INTEREST Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Research and Training Institute (BARTI), Pune- an autonomous institute of Department of Social justice and Special Assistance, Govt, of Maharashtra invites Expression of Interest (Eol), from competent coaching Institutes located in Delhi and having excellent track record, for imparting coaching to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes candidates for Preliminary and Mains- UPSC Civil Services Examinations (IAS, IPS, etc exam)- 2016.The Selection Committee will shortlist the Institutes and will recommend to the Director General, BARTI for their empanelment, in order to sponsor the selected candidates for coaching.
The interested institutes are required to follow the following important Terms and Conditions of BARTI.
The coaching institutes should necessarily submit the Bid in a single sealed cover containing one sealed cover of the Technical Bid and the other sealed cover of the Financial Bid. on or before 25th March, 2015 by 5.00 pm, at the above mentioned address.
The Financial Bid will be opened only after the opening and scrutiny of the Technical Bid.
The Financial Bids of only those institutes, whose Technical Bids are qualified, will be
opened.
If both; Technical Bid and Financial Bid are put in the same cover, such Bids shall be
rejected.
