COMMERCIAL TRAINEES/ ASSISTANTS
Fresh, First Class Post Graduate/ Graduate in Commerce with Regular MBA (Finance/ Materials Management/ Human Resource), from a reputed Institute (AICTE approved), with first class academic background, computer literacy, well versed with MS Office and preferably with SAP HR-PY Module. Candidates possessing minimum experience of 3-5 years in respective Departments of any big industry preferably cement industry will be given preference.
SUPERVISOR PROCESS
First class, MSc,/ BSc (Chemistry)/ Diploma in Cement Technology, from a reputed Institute (AICTE approved), with first class academic background, having min. 2-3 years experience in Process Control Department of any big industry preferably cement industry, will be given preference.
SENIOR MANAGER/ MANAGER (HRD)
First Class Post Graduate/ Graduate in Commerce or Science with Regular MBA (Human Resource), from a reputed Institute (AICTE approved), with first class academic background, computer literacy, well versed with MS Office, preferably with SAP HR-PY Module. Candidates possessing min. experience of 10-15 years in line having knowledge particularly in the fields of Recruitment process. Training & Development, Performance Management, MIS. Salary & Wage Administration. Contract Labour Administration etc. of any big industry preferably cement industry will be given preference.
