Vacancy for Research Officer & Project Assistant,

NIMH Nagpur

National Institute of Miner's Health. Nagpur, invites applications from Indian Nationals with suitable academic qualifications for one post of Research Officer (Occupational Hygiene) and two posts of Project Assistant (Occupational Hygiene).

Research Officer (Occupational Hygiene):

Qualification: M.Sc. First class in Chemistry, Physics, Physiology or PG qualification related to occupational hygiene.
Experience: 5 yrs. experience in Research/Teaching in reputed Research Institute/Occupational Health Unit /College/University/industry or any other equivalent organization.
Desirable: Preference will be given to the candidates having experience in workplace monitoring of health hazards e.g. dust, noise vibration etc. in industrial organization.
Scale of Pay: PB-3(15,6M -39,100) + Grade Pay 5,400
Age: ≤ 45 yrs.
Category: OBC.

Project Assistant (Occupational Hygiene):

Qualification: B.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, Maths or Environmental Science, Electronics, Electronic Science/ Diploma in Mines/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering.
Experience: Preference will be given to candidates having working experience in mines.
Salary: Rs. 10,000/- Consolidated
Age: ≤ 28 yrs.
