Senior Manager : Degree in Engineering or Graduation with MBA/ PG Diploma in Materials Management and should have relevant post qualification in executive cadre.
Dy. General Manager: Graduation with 2 years Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Sociology/Social Work/Labour Welfare/ Personnel Management or MBA with specialization in Personnel Management and should have relevant post qualification in executive cadre.
