SOLAPUR UNIVERSITY Assistant Professor Recruitment 2014 in Solapur details are given below. The walk-in-interviews will be conducted on 2nd July, 2014 for the following posts to be filled in University Post Graduate Schools, Solapur University, Solapur. The said appointments will be made u/s 77 of Maharashtra University Act 1994, purely on temporary basis for a period
not exceeding academic year 2014-15.
As the nature of appointment is purely temporary, if the reserved candidates from respective categories are not available for the aforesaid reserved posts, then these posts will be filled in from other category candidates.
The Interested qualified candidates are required to attend the interview along with necessary original documents (Two sets of Photostat, attested copies) in Management Council Hall of the University. The Candidates should report before 01 hour to scrutinize the documents, along with D.D. of Rs. 200/- in name of Finance & Accounts Officer, Solapur University, payable at Solapur or cash to be paid in A/C office of University.

All posts are to be filled on purely temporary basis. Candidate should bring their own original documents with two identity size photo, two Photostat attested copies. Pay Scale: for Qualification SET, NET, Ph.D. and MCA holder candidates Rs. 15000/- per month and others 12000/- per month on consolidated pay or more which will be negotiated at the time of interview. A relaxation of 5% may be provided from 55% to 50%, at the Master’s level for S.C./S.T. category. Relaxation of 5% may be provided, from 55% to 50%, to the Ph.D. holders, who have passed their Master’s degree prior to 19th Sept., 1991. A candidate furnishing incorrect or false information shall stand disqualified at any stage. As the nature of appointment is purely temporary, if the reserved candidates from respective categories are not available for the aforesaid reserved posts these posts will be filled in through open candidates.
