Associate General Manager / Manager Safety (Code: AGMS /MS)
The incumbent will provide support to the HODs and SBUs to improve and implement effective safety management system, legislative compliances and safety policies of the organization to achieve the targeted safety indices such as TIFR, LTIFR, SI and MDL
The ideal candidate should have a B.E. / BTech degree in safety/fire/mechanical/chemical or metallurgy with 7-15 years experience in Safety function in mining /metal / cement / chemical / fertilizer / petro-chemical Industry . Diploma in Industrial Safety or similar qualification will be an added advantage. Candidate having experience of implementing globally accepted systems like Du Pont will be preferred.
Associate Manager Mining (Code ; AMM)
The incumbent will be responsible for day to day activities in Open Cast/underground mines such as development/OB removal, drilling, blasting, mucking etc.
The ideal candidate should have a B.E./B.Tech degree in Mining with 4- 7 years experience in large mines, preferably from underground mechanized mines. "First Class" Mines Manager certificate will be an added advantage.
Associate Manager Survey (Code : AMS)
The incumbent will be responsible for Mine Development, survey of deep sinking shaft, drilling and blasting, Statutory Duties to certify plan and section are correct, physical verification, fill & void position in mine, examination of drawing from planning before execution, reconciliation of ore production & treatment etc.
The ideal candidate should be a B.E. / B.Tech (Mining)/Science Graduate with Mine Survey Certificate, having 4-7 years of experience in Surveying and leveling to develop underground mine for production and deep shaft sinking.
Associate Manager Geology (Code : AMG)
The incumbent will be responsible for Orebody delineation, diamond drilling, stope planning, Sampling, Mapping and preparation of orebody plans /sections.
The ideal candidate should have a M.Sc/M/Tech degree in Geology/Applied Geology with 4-7 years of experience in large underground metal mines.
Associate Manager Electrical / Mechanical (Code: AME / AMM)
The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring highest levels of GEE, plant availability and preventive & predictive maintenance of equipment's, spares planning and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate should have a B.E./B.Tech. degree in Electrical/Mechanical with 4-7 years experience in maintenance of electrical/mechanical/mining equipment's in Manufacturing/Mining Industries.
Place of posting could be at any of our units located in Rajasthan. Compensation will be at par with the Industry.
