Requires for its Mines situated in the State of Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra:

1) MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (HR): 8 Posts (1 SC. 2 OBC & 5 OT)
Qualification: i) Post Graduate degree in Social Work with specialization n Labour Welfare, Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from a ecognized University/Institution OR
i)   PG degree/diploma (2 yrs. Duration) in IR & PM / MLS from the
recognized University/Institution OR ii) MBA with specialization in Personnel Management /HR/HRD from
the recognized University/Institution, v) Pref. will be given to Law Graduates v)  Age below 30 years (can be relaxed under Govt. Guidelines) vi) Training period: One year. During training period a
consolidated amount of Rs.16400/- per month will be paid, vii) On successful completion of the training and only after ascertaining their utility in the Company, the Management may regularize them in the regular pay scale of Rs. 16400-40500/- (E-01).


2) ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR (UR)/TRAINEE : 7 POSTS
(1 SC, 1 ST, 1 OBC, 4 OT)
Qualification: i) Diploma in Electrical Engg. from a recognised Institute. ii) Having 1 year of min. ,work experience in electrical field in supervisory capacity in big Establishmentpreferably in Mining Industry.
iii) Electrical Supervisor's certificate of competency
(Unrestricted) will be preferred, iv) Age limit up to 40 yrs (can be relaxed under Govt. Guidelines).
Period of Training: One year. After successful completion of training
period, they will be regularised in the scale of pay of Rs. 12.200-360-
23,000/-(NE-09)/Competency Certificate holder will be taken on regular
scale.
Remuneration: Consolidated pay of Rs.12,200/-during training period.


3) JR. STEN0:6 POSTS (1 ST(B/L),1 OBC(B/L), 2 OT, 1 SC, 1 OBC)
Qualification: i) Graduate
ii) Having passed English/Hindi short hand at a speed of 80 w.p.m.
from Technical Board of Education, iii) Having passed English/ Hindi Type writing test at a speed of 40/30
w.p.m. respectively from Technical Board of Education, iv) To qualify in short handf Type writing tests at speed indicated
above, to be conducted by a Selection Committee. v) Minimum 3yrs as a Steno Grapher in a big reputed orgnization. vi) Age limit up to 30 yrs (can be relaxed under Govt.Guidelines). vii) Payscale: Rs.10,300-260-18,100.
