CONSTRUCTION MANAGERS / SITE ENGINEER / QUANTITY SURVEYORS
(Civil Engineers/Building Economist)
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related degree with 5 to 10 years experience in Bulding Construction capable to lead construction unit in preparing programmes, delivery schedules and reviews of budgets for all building and civil engineering projects. Directs and controls the activities of the construction unit to ensure that every project adheres to stipulated parameters and that planned profit margins are met Respond to architects and client's queries on project being undertaken, Maintain progress and completion reports for each project and prepares project progress reports for consideration by Management. Leads discussions and negotiations with third party utility companies/subcontractors. Prepare and review payment application of project. Prepare and review certificates prepared for payments tosub contractorsand Coaches, develops & regular tyappraisesunit staff.
ACCOUNTANTS (A Degree in Finance or Accounting)
Graduates with minimum 5 years experience in Accountancy with ample knowledge in Accounts Software and Responsible for Depreciation, Depletion & Amortization booking, cost allocation, monthly operating cost accrual. Preparation and design of financial managerial reports for management. Responsive for regular and adhoc analysis. Month-end, quarter-end and year-end dosing of the general ledger. Quarterly balance sheet and P & L Fluctuation Analysis. Monthly expense variance analysis. Consolidation, inter-company transactions and reconciliations including foreign currency accounting, ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards and compliance to internal policies. Manage Fixed Assets. Balance sheet accounts reconciliations. Interface with management in various departments, including engineering, sales operations, Hand legal.
Auto Mechanic/ Mechanical Engineer
Diploma or Graduate with 5 years experience having knowledge and able to repair Mechanical as well as Electrical malfunction of all kind of construction machinery. With proven ability to repair, maintain and keep in operations Heavy construction Machinery/Equipment, Cranes (Tower/Mobile), Automatic Concrete ready mix Batching Plant, Stone Quarry crushers and ether Transport vehicles. Experience in Pneumatic and Hydraulic system diagnostics and repair will be an added advantage.
Interior fitout Supervisor and Construction Foreman
Skilled person having knowledge and experience of 5 to 10 years in Building Construction, Capable to read and understand drawing, ensures that the workers at a construction site are following correct work procedures and safety precautions, experienced in fit out projects for retail stores, F&B outlets, offices, banks etc. The site supervisor's / Foreman's role will be to execute the project independently with minimum supervision from the project manager.
