Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the Entrance Examination to be held on Sunday, 22n November 2015 from 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m., for selecting a total of 70 candidates for Dr. Ambedkar Competitive Examination Centre at Yashawantrao Chavan Academy of Development Administration (YASHADA), Pune. The selected candidates will be given coaching for a period of about one year (depending upon their passing the Civil Services Preliminary Examination) to prepare them for the UPSC Civil Services Examination to be held in the year 2016.

• Fees: ALL the candidates have to pay an Examination Fee amounting to Rs. 350/-. This has to be paid online ONLY through any of the branches of the Bank of Maharashtra after taking printout of the challan online. The detailed procedure has been described in the 'Instructions for the Candidates/

Sukanya Samriddhi Account – Saving Scheme for Girl Child

1.     Sukanya Samriddhi Account can be opened at Post office or at designated bank branches.
2.     This account can be opened for girl child on her name by her parents.
3.     The age of girl at the time of opening account should not be more than 10 years.
4.     For current financial year government has declared 9.1% interest rate on this scheme.
5.     Investment in this scheme will also give income tax benefit under section 80C.
6.     Minimum deposit amount under this scheme is 1000 Rs/- and maximum is 1.5 Lac per annum.
7.     Money must be deposited for 14 years.
8.     The maturity of the account is 21 years from the date of opening of account.
9.     50% withdrawal is allowed for higher study of girl child after 18 years of age.

केंद्र शासनाने राष्ट्रीय अन्न सुरक्षा कायदा संमत केला असून देशातील विविध राज्यात त्याची अंमलबजावणी करण्यात येणार आहे. देशातील जवळपास 81 कोटी जनतेस या कायद्यामुळे सवलतीच्या दरात अन्न धान्य मिळणार आहे. राज्यातील 11.23 कोटी जनतेपैकी सात कोटी जनतेला या योजनेअंर्तगत हक्काचे धान्य मिळणार आहे. राज्यात या कायद्याची अंमलबजावणी 1 फेब्रुवारी 2014 पासून करण्यात आली आहे. या योजनेची माहिती देणारा लेख.

गरीब व गरजू लोकांना त्यांची भूक भागविता यावी त्यांना प्रतिष्ठेचे जीवन जगण्यासाठी सवलतीच्या दराने हक्काचे धान्य मिळावे यासाठी राष्ट्रीय अन्न सुरक्षा कायदा केंद्र शासनाने संमत केला आहे. राज्यात या योजनेचा शुभारंभ केंद्रीय कृषी मंत्री शरद पवार यांच्या हस्ते 31 जानेवारी 2014 रोजी करण्यात आला असून त्यांची अमंलबजावणी 1 फेब्रुवारी 2014 पासून करण्यात येत आहे. राष्ट्रीय अन्न सुरक्षा कायद्याच्या अंमलबजावणीमुळे राज्यातील जवळपास 7 कोटी 17 लाख जनतेला या कायद्यानुसार सवलतीच्या दराने हक्काचे धान्य मिळणार आहे. यामध्ये ग्रामीण भागातील 55 टक्के तर शहरी भागातील 45 टक्के जनतेला या योजनेंतर्गत हक्काचे धान्य मिळणार आहे.

सध्या नागरिकांना सार्वजनिक वितरण व्यवस्था अंतर्गत अंत्योदय/ बीपीएल/ केशरी/ अन्नपूर्णा व शुभ्र अशा वेगवेगळ्या शिधापत्रिका अस्तित्वात आहेत. अन्न सुरक्षा कायद्याची अंमलबजावणी करताना विविध प्रकारच्या शिधापत्रिका रद्द करुन प्राधान्य (अंत्योदय) आणि प्राधान्य (इतर) अशाच दोनच शिधापत्रिका राहणार आहेत व या शिधापत्रिकानुसार धान्याचे वितरण करण्यात येणार आहे. नवीन शिधापत्रिका देताना त्यामध्ये अत्यंत महत्वाच्या असा बदल करण्यात आला असून या नवीन शिधापत्रिका आता कुटुंबातील महिलेला कुटुंब प्रमुख म्हणून गणण्यात येऊन त्या महिलेच्या नावाने तिचे छायाचित्र असलेले बारकोड असलेली शिधापत्रिका वितरीत करण्यात येणार आहे. पात्र लाभार्थ्यांमध्ये सध्याच्या अंत्योदय अन्न योजनेचे व बी.पी.एल.च्या सर्व लाभार्थ्यांचा समावेश आहे. या व्यतिरिक्त ए.पी.एल. लाभार्थ्यांपैकी शहरी भागातील योजनेच्या लाभार्थ्यांची निवड करण्यासाठी निकष ठरविण्यात आले आहेत. या नुसार रुपये 15001 ते 59000 इतके वार्षिक उत्पन्न शहरी लाभार्थ्यांसाठी तर रुपये 15001 ते 44000 पर्यंत इतके वार्षिक उत्पन्न ग्रामीण लाभार्थ्यासाठी असणे आवश्यक आहे. ए.पी.एल. चे जे लाभार्थी या योजनेत येत नाही अशा 1 कोटी 77 लाख लाभार्थ्यांना सध्याच्या प्रचलित दराने धान्य मिळणार आहे. या कायद्यामुळे अंत्योदय (प्राधान्य) शिधापत्रिका धारकांना प्रती कुटुंब प्रती महिना 35 किलो धान्य वितरीत करण्यात येणार आहे. तर इतर (प्राधान्य) शिधापत्रिका धारकाला 5 किलो धान्य प्रत्येक महिन्याला कुटुंबातील प्रत्येक व्यक्तीनुसार देण्यात येणार आहे. या दोन्ही प्रकारात देण्यात येणाऱ्या धान्याचा दर हा गहू रुपये 2/- प्रती किलो, तांदुळ रुपये 3/- प्रती किलो तर भरडधान्य रुपये 1/- प्रती किलो या दराने धान्याचे वितरण करण्यात येणार आहे. जर काही अपरिहार्य कारणामुळे या लाभधारकांपैकी काही जनतेस धान्य वितरण झाले नाही तर अन्न सुरक्षा कायद्यामुळे अशा लाभधारकाला अन्न सुरक्षा भत्ता मिळणार आहे.

या कायद्याच्या अंमलबजावणीमध्ये अन्न व नागरी पुरवठा या खात्याबरोबरीने महिला व बाल विकास (एकात्मिक बाल विकास) व शालेय शिक्षण विभाग (शालेय पोषण आहार) यांचा सहभाग राहणार आहे. हा कायदा अस्तित्वात आल्याने अंगणवाडी केंद्रामार्फत (एकात्मिक बाल विकास) योजनेत गरोदर महिलांना प्रसुती लाभ रुपये 6,000/- महिला गरोदर असल्यापासून ते मूल 6 महिन्याचे होईपर्यंत तसेच 6 महिने ते 6 वर्षे पर्यतच्या बालकांना मोफत आहार देण्यात येणार आहे.

अन्न सुरक्षा योजनेची अंमलबजावणी करण्यासाठी अन्न धान्याची साठवणूक करणे त्याचे वितरण महत्वाचे असल्याने राज्यात 2000 कोटी रुपये खर्च करुन 13.5 लाख में. टन साठवणूक क्षमतेची 611 नवीन गोदामे बांधण्याचा धडक कार्यक्रम हाती घेतला आहे. काही गोदामांचे काम पूर्ण झाले आहे. सर्व नवीन गोदामांचे काम पूर्ण झाल्यानंतर राज्यातील धान्य साठवणूक क्षमता 19 लाख मे. टन इतकी होणार आहे.

या कायद्याच्या अंमलबजावणीकरीता प्रत्येक जिल्ह्यात जिल्हाधिकारी यांना जिल्हा तक्रार निवारण अधिकारी म्हणून नियुक्त करण्यात आले आहे. लाभार्थीना धान्य मिळाले नसल्यास तक्रारीची सुनावणी घेऊन आवश्यक ती कार्यवाही करण्याचे अधिकार त्यांना राहणार आहेत. त्याचप्रमाणे राज्य स्तरावर 5 सदस्यीय राज्य अन्न आयोगाची स्थापना करण्यात येणार आहे. राष्ट्रीय अन्न सुरक्षा कायद्याच्या प्रभावी अंमलबजावणीसाठी उपाय योजना करणे, तसेच जिल्हा तक्रार निवारण अधिकाऱ्यांच्याविरुद्ध अपिलांची सुनावणी घेऊन योग्य निर्णय घेणे इत्यादी कामे या आयोगामार्फत करण्यात येणार आहेत.

या योजनेची प्रभावी अंमलबजावणी करता यावी यासाठी सर्व विभागीय आयुक्त, सर्व जिल्हा अधिकारी, सर्व जिल्हा पुरवठा अधिकारी यांची एक दिवसीय कार्यशाळा आयोजित करुन त्यांना योग्य ते मार्गदर्शन करण्यात आले. या कायद्याची अंमलबजावणी करताना कोणी अधिकारी दोषी आढळल्यास त्या अधिकाऱ्याला रुपये 5000/- इतका दंड आकारण्याची तरतूद या कायद्यात करण्यात आलेली आहे. राज्यास केंद्राकडून धान्य मिळाल्यापासून विविध घटकातील लाभार्थ्यांस त्याचा लाभ होईपर्यंत सर्व नोंदी संगणकीकृत राहणार आहेत. अन्य धान्य पूर्णत: केंद्र शासन देणार असून त्यांचे वितरण, इतर अनुषंगिक खर्च फक्त राज्य शासनामार्फत करण्यात येणार आहे. या योजनेच्या अंमलबजावणीमुळे कोणीही उपाशी राहणार नाही.

Vocational Course Maharashtra Craftsman Training Scheme 

Craftsman Training Scheme was introduce by government of India in 1950 to ensure a steady flow of skill workers in different trades for the domestic Industries, to raise quantitatively and qualitatively the Industrial production by systematic training , to reduce unemployment among the educated youth by providing them employable training , to cultivate and nurture a technical and industrial attitude in the minds of younger generation. The scheme, most important in the field of vocational training , has been shaping Craftsmen to meet the existing as well as future manpower need , through the vast network of ITIs' in the state the day-to-day administration of ITIs' under the Craftsman Training Scheme was transferred to State Government with effect from the year 1956.

The State Council for Vocational Training is a counter part of NCVT at State level and it plays the same role, that is played by NCVT at National level. The SCVT is Chaired by the Secretary for Higher and Technical Education.

Maharashtra State there was the steady growth of ITIs' from 1960 to 1990 and till the the total No. of ITIs' functioning were 131 and the intake capacity for training was 41292

In 1995 Government of Maharasthra has taken a policy decision to establish one ITI at each Taluka. Accordingly from 1995 to 1998 , 181 new ITIs' were introduced, raising the intake capacity of ITIs' to 64268. During 1999-2000 ,35 more ITIs' have comeup raising the total intake capacity to 65704

In Continuation to the decision taken by the Government in 1995 to start one ITI each Taluka Government have taken deciosion to start 32 Government ITIs in newly created 32 Talukas , in 2006.

The Director of Vocational Education and Training conducts the All India Trade Test and award provisional certificates to the successful candidates. The final certificates are awarded by the Directorate General of Employment and Training, New Delhi. 

AMBEDKAR HASTSILPA VIKASH YOJANA ( AHVY ) 2014

The main thrust of Ambedkar Hastashilp Vikas Yojana (AHVY) work for integrated development of potential handicrafts clusters with participation of the craft persons. The scheme envisages a package of support to the cluster of handicraft artisans, which inter-alia includes basic inputs and infrastructure support in addition to capacity enhancement to cater to target markets. Government. of India and the State Governments are consistently intervening in meaningful ways that have led to the revival and survival of crafts. Bal Mahila Kalyan has identified Dandkhora block as artisans cluster under the programme. Some groups have been trained. They have started their own work. There are three cluster simultaneity getting training to upgrade their skill and getting motivation from organization are namely Jute diversified product training, appliqué craft and sikki craft. After the identification of the cluster ,base line survey was conducted in the village to find out women artisans. We have identified 458 interested women artisan, who were brought together to form SHGs. We have formed 25 SHGs in the cluster very much focused to the programme. BMK have completed 10 skill upgradation, for a period of 04 months to total 200 artisans out of which 6 for jute handicraft, 2 applique craft & 2 sikki Craft. The design & technical development workshop have also been conducted among 180 artisans for 15 days in 06 batches @ 30 artisans in one batch . ( 4 jute handicraft , 01 sikki & o01 applique) . The designer have been invited from a reputed organization such as NIFT , National / international level organization .BMK could not participate in Gandhi shilp Bazar delhi haat. 

Rashtriya Kishori Shakti Yojna 2014 Details MP

राष्ट्रीय किशोरी शक्ति योजना -

      11 से 18 वर्ष की किशोरी बालिकाओं को स्वास्थ्य की देखभाल संतुलित भोजन व आर्थिक स्वालम्बन हेतु प्रशिक्षण देने के लिये प्रदेश के सभी 453 बाल विकास परियोजनाओं में किशोरी शक्ति योजना संचालित हैं। योजना के तहत जिला, विकास खण्ड एवं पंचायत स्तरीय प्रशिक्षण का आयोजन किया जाकर विभिन्न स्तर के मास्टर टे्रनर्स को प्रशिक्षित किया जाता है। प्रशिक्षण के तहत प्रत्येक ग्राम पंचायत से लगभग 18 किशोरी बालिकाओं का चयन कर उनको विभागीय पर्यवेक्षक, एएनएम तथा आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ता द्वारा तीन दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण दिया जाता हैं।

 प्रशिक्षण में किशोरी बालिकाओं को संतुलित आहार, स्वास्थ की देखभाल तथा आर्थिक स्वावलम्बन हेतु प्रशिक्षण एवं अन्य जीवनोपयोगी जानकारी दी जाती है। प्रत्येक ग्राम पंचायत में वर्ष भर में कुल 3 दिवसीय प्रशिक्षणों का आयोजन तीन-तीन माह के अन्तराल पर दिये जाने का प्रावधान है। ग्राम पंचायत स्तरीय प्रशिक्षण के समय एएनएम द्वारा किशोरी बालिकाओं का स्वास्थ परीक्षण कर आयरन फोलिक एसिड की गालियां तथा आवश्यकता होने पर डिवर्मिग गोलियाँ भी उपलबध करायी जाती है।

The Reserve Bank of India invites application as per prescribed format from full-time faculty members, teaching economics or finance in any UGC-recognized Universities/Colleges in India to undertake short term research in the areas of monetary and financial economics, banking, real sector issues and other areas of interest to the Reserve Bank.

Objectives:
(i) To increase awareness about the activities of the Reserve Bank among faculty members and student community, and
(ii) To provide exposure to faculty members teaching economics and / or finance in different areas/activities in the Reserve Bank.

Number of scholarships: A maximum of three.

Selection Procedure: The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the (a) research proposal of not more than 1000 words, (b) curriculum vitae and (c) interview by a selection panel.

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the Entrance Examination to be held on the Sunday, 8th of December, 2013, for selecting a total of 70 candidates for Dr. Ambedkar Competitive Examination Centre at Yashawantrao Chavan Academy of Development Administration (YASHADA), Pune. The selected candidates will be given coaching for a period of about one year (incumbent upon their passing the Civil Services Preliminary Examination ) to prepare them for the UPSC Civil Services Examination to be held in the year 2014.

The scheme of examination as well as the procedure to fill in the forms have undergone considerable changes from this year. Therefore THE CANDIDATES ARE ADVISED TO READ THIS ADVERTISEMENT, ESPECIALLY THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES REGARDING FILLING IN THE ONLINE FORM, VERY CAREFULLY, AND ACT ACCORDINGLY.

Application Fees For Entrance Exam : ALL the candidates have to pay an Examination Fee amounting to Rs. 350/-. This has to be paid online ONLY through any of the branches of the Bank of Maharashtra. The detailed procedure has been described in the Instructions for the Candidates.'
