Pay Scale :

Part Time Specialist : Rs.40000/-

Senior Residents : Rs.1 5600-39100/-Grade Pay: Rs.6600/-

Educational Qualification :

For Part Time Specialist: Post Graduation degree or equivalent (after MBBS) with 3 years experience after Post Graduation or 5 years experience after Post Graduation Diploma..

For Senior Residents : PG Degree/ Diploma in concerned Speciality, Postdoctoral (MD/MCH) from a recognized university and registered with Medical Council of India/State Medical Council.

Age Limit :

Part Time Specialist: 64 Years

Senior Residents : 33 year in case of Postgraduates & 35 years in case of Post Doctoral degree

Application Fee : Crossed Demand Draft for Rs. 100/-drawn on any nationalized bank and valid for at least 3 months in favour of "Director, ClMAP" payable at Lucknow.
