For the Post of Talathi Candidates Should be Graduate from the Recognised University.

Application Process:
1.    The Collector office shall publish the recruitment  
        advertisement for Different  Posts in the Newspaper.
2.    A candidate visits this nearest ALC Center as published in the advertisement or on the    
3.    Candidates shall purchase the application form from the ALCs as per the
       stipulated price.
4.    Candidates Fills the Application form.
5.    Candidate shall submit the completely filled application form along with required
       document and application fee in cash at the ALC.
6.    After scrutiny ALC coordinator shall make the data entry of form in the online
       software provided by MKCL directly on website using internet through ALC login.
7.    ALC coordinator shall take two prints of entered form. ALC coordinator shall
       provide one copy to the candidate and get one copy signed from him.
8.    In case of any Grievances, Candidates have to submit the grievances to ALC in
       written application at the time of form filling and Approval of Form.
9.    Candidates are requested to visit the Website from time to time.

List of Documents:
  • Domicile Certificate of District (Adhiwas Pramanpatra)/Birth Certifcate/School Leaving Certificate  given by competent authority.
  • Caste Certificate issued by competent Authority designated in the State.
  • Caste Validity Certificate issued by competent Authority designated in the State.
  • Non Creamy Layer Certificate valid till 31st March 2012 issued by Competant Authority designated in the state.
  • Educational Certificates.
  • For Anshakalin Karmachari Certificate of Competant Authority.
  • For Janganana Karmachari Certifcate of respective office.
  • Certificate of Physically Handicapped (PH)  issued by District Civil Surgeon or equivalent Government hospital/ Medical board. The percentage of disability shall not be less than 40% in case of candidate seeking reservation for physically handicapped category.
  • Exservicemen candidate should produce the Certificate of Defense Personnel (DP)’issued by the Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer/ Discharge Certificate issued by the Officer Commanding the Regiment or Serviceman Certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
  • Sports Certificate of National/State Ajinkyapad Competition Certificate.
  • Certificate of Freedom Fighter by competent Authority
  • Certificate of Project Affected Person (PAP)’issued by District Resettlement Officer/ Rehabilitation Officer of Government of Maharashtra in the prescribed form that his/her parents’/grand parents’ land has been acquired by the Government for Agricultural University/ Irrigation/ Power/ Defence Project having the name of beneficiary.
  • Open Candidate female/Sports should produced Non-Creamy Layer Certificate for reservation Quota.
  • No objection Certificate’from employer if employed.
  • For Age Proof, School Leaving Certificate,Birth Certificate of Competant Authority,SSC Marklist with date of Birth Mentioned on it (any one).
  • If MS-CIT Examination passed, certificate of the Examination to be produced.
  • Earth Quake Affected certificate issued by competant authority.
  • Certificate of Registration done in District Self employment Department,Ekatmik Prakalp Divisionwise if Name Regsitered then Attested copy of certificate.
