The Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow is looking for a Director who is the Chief Executive of the Institute and is committed to and passionate about leading this world-class value-driven Institute. As a Director, one would be responsible for encouraging and supporting research, knowledge exchange and innovation, and motivate high class faculty and students community. The position of the Director is challenges-driven, who has to not only provide academic leadership but also steer the administration under overall guidelines of a highly distinguished Board of Governors that is committed to maintain IIML as a world-class academic centre of excellence.

Selected candidates shall have a tenure of appointment for 5 years or until attaining the age of superannuation of 65 years, whichever is earlier. The position shall fall vacant on March 9, 2014 on expiry of the tenure of the present Director.
