Qualification	Project Manager-BE (Civil) with 10-12 yrs. experience of independently Managing Road & Bridge Project Sites Activities. Should be target oriented, quality conscious with aptitude for material and Labour management. Knowledge of Auto-cad and MSP must. Civil Engineer - Client-side work involving monitoring of Site Work. Ensuring that Contractor is executing work as per drawings. Co-ordination with Consultants & Senior Project Engineer. Adherence to schedules. Quality Control Chartered Accountant-Commerce Graduate /Post Graduate /CA having 5 to 7 yrs. Exp. In similar capacity with Builders with full knowledge of maintaining Books of Accounts till finalization and day to day Banking independently. Should be proficient with TallyS. Knowledge of Income Tax, Sales Tax, Service Tax rules would be an added advantage. Accountant-Any Graduate with minimum 2 years post qualification in Taxation & Accounting environment. Proficient at MS Office (especially Excel). Complete / Extensive Knowledge of Tally Version 9.0 and above will be preferred. Should have high level of accuracy and attention lo detail
