News Reader-cum Translator Job at Prasar Bharti, Nagpur 2016

Invited application for News Reader-cum Translator (AIR News), in Prasar Bharti, All India Radio, Nagpur. Two posts are available. Last date for the receipt of applications would be 21st day from the release of this advertisement. Interested and eligible candidates may send their detailed bio-data alongwith attested photocopies of the documents in support of their claim on qualification and experience Two copies of passport-size colour photograph should also be attached with the application.  More Details are given below:

1. Essential Qualification - Graduation with English/ Hindi and good writing and speaking proficiency in Marathi (the language skills will be decided via written test, interview and audition.                     
2. Age - Between 18 & 45 years as on the date of advertisement.                     
3. Mature of job - Translation from English to Marathi.          
4. Remuneration - Consolidated amount Rs. 23,000 per month.

Important Notes:

1. All the applicants for the above short term contractual requirements must be alumni of a recognized University. 
2. Proficiency in Marathi language is a must. Knowledge of other language (s) may be considered as additional merit.
3. The candidates applying for the post of News Reader-cum-Translator will be required to undergo written as well as voice/ audition test. 
4. No TA/ DA will be paid to the candidates appearing for interview/ test.
5. The contractual engagement will be purely on temporary basis, the incumbents will have no claim for regularization and their services will be terminable on one months notice from either side.
6. The consolidated/ fixed remuneration will not attract any perks.
7. The persons engaged on full time basis will not be allowed to take any other assignment during the period of contractual engagement.
