  2. Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET.
  3. Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-clauses (i) and (ii) to this Clause 4 candidates, who are, or have been awarded a Ph. D Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph. D. Degree) Regulations, 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor or equivalent positions on Universities/Colleges/Institutions.
  4. NET/SLET/SET shall also not be required for such Masters Programmes in disciplines for which NET/SLET/SET is not conducted.

6. विशेष पिछड़ा वर्ग / सामान्य श्रेणी वर्ग में आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर व्यक्ति से संबंधित अभ्यर्थी के लिए- मैं यह घोषणा करता / करती हूँ की मैं उस समुदाय से संबंधित हू जिसे हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा विशेष पिछड़ा वर्ग / सामान्य श्रेणी वर्ग मे आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर व्यक्ति माना गया हैI यह भी घोषणा की जाती है की मैं हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा जारी समय-समय पर हिदायतो के अंतर्गत क्रीमीलेयर से संबंधित नही हूI मैं यह भी घोषणा करता / करती हू की मेरे पास परीक्षा नोटिस में निर्धारित प्रारूप में विशेष पिछड़ा वर्ग / सामान्य श्रेणी वर्ग में आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर व्यक्ति वर्ग का प्रमाण पत्र हैI
7. भूतपूर्व सैनिकों के लिए मैं घोषणा करता / करती हू की मैं परीक्षा विज्ञप्ति के अनुसार भूतपूर्व सैनिक संबंधित पात्रता की सभी शर्तों को पूरा करता / करती हूँI
8. मैं एतद द्वारा घोषणा करता / करती हू की इस आवेदन पत्र मे दिए गए सभी विवरण मेरी अधिकतम जानकारी और विश्वास के अनुसार सत्य, पूर्ण एवं सही हैI मैं समझता / समझती हूँ की साक्षात्कार से पहले या बाद में कोई सूचना छुपाई हुई / झूठी या असत्य पाई जाने पर या अपात्रता का पता लगने पर मेरा अभ्यर्तिता / नियुक्ति निरस्त के जा सकती हैI
9. मैं यह भी घोषणा करता / करती हू की आरक्षण नीति के तह्त हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित आरक्षित वर्ग में केवल एक ही कॅटैग़री में आवेदन दिया है
