WOMEN CONSTABLE (EXECUTIVE) IN DELHI POLICE EXAM 2013|Jobs in Delhi Police 2014

The written test for recruitment for the post of Women Constable (Executive) in Delhi Police Examination, 2013 held on 24.05.2014 stand cancelled, will now be held on 13.07.2014 at 9.00 AM at Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium, LP. Estate, New Delhi. 

The fresh admit cards for written test will be sent by post to the women candidates in advance. In case of non receipt of the admit card by 06.07.2014, the candidates may contact the Office of DCP /Recruitment Cell, New Police Lines, Kings way Camp, Delhi-110009 on any working day. This written test is being conducted only for female candidates and not for male candidates. For male candidates for Constable(Executive) post, written test will be held separately and date will be announced later on.

TNPSC Combined Engineering Services Exam 2014 Details, Application Form

Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has invited applications for the Combined Engineering Services Exam 2014 (CESE 2014) scheduled to be conducted on 27th July 2014.

Madras Service Commission started with three Members, including the Chairman. After re-organisation of States in 1957, several Commissions were constituted. The Madras Service Commission became Madras Public Service Commission with headquarters at Madras in the year 1957. During 1970, when the name of the State was changed into Tamil Nadu, the Madras Public Service Commission automatically became the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC).

In view of its important and impartial function, Public Service Commissions rightly find a place of pride in the Indian Constitution. Articles 16, 234, 315 to 323 deal with various functions and powers of the Public Service Commissions. The working of Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission is also regulated by Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission Regulation, 1954 and the TNPSC Rules of Procedure.

‘Others’ [i.e. candidates not belonging to SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs and BCMs]. - Min Age: 18 Yrs / Max Age: 30 Years (should not have completed)


Examination Fee for TNPSC Combined Engineering Services Exam 2014
Rs.175/- (Rupees one hundred and Seventy five only) be paid. (i.e. Cost of Application Rs. 50/- + Examination fee Rs.125/-) Candidates claiming exemption from examination fee should pay Rs.50/- towards Application cost. (No exemption for cost of application).

How to Apply for TNPSC Combined Engineering Services Exam 2014
Candidates should apply only through online in the Commission’s Website www.tnpsc.gov.in or in www.tnpscexams.net
Before applying, the candidates should have scanned image of their photograph and signature in CD/DVD/Pen drive as per their convenience.
A valid e-mail ID or Mobile Number is mandatory for registration and e-mail ID should be kept active till the declaration of results. Candidates are cautioned to keep your e-mail ID and password confidentially. TNPSC will send Hall Tickets (Memorandum of Admission) for Written Examination, Interview Call Letters, Other Memos etc. to the registered/given e-mail ID only.
All the particulars mentioned in the online application including Name of the Candidate, Post Applied, Communal Category, Date of birth, Address, e-mail ID, Centre of Examination etc. will be considered as final and no modifications will be allowed after the last date specified for applying online. Since certain fields are firm and fixed and cannot be edited, candidates are requested to fill in the online application form with the utmost care and caution as no correspondence regarding change of details will be entertained.
The candidates who wish to receive SMS should register their mobile number in the application.

Admission criteria to Undergraduate Engineering Programs at NITs, IIITs, Other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions, Institutions funded by participating State Governments, and other Institutions shall include the performance in the class 12/equivalent qualifying Examination and in the Joint Entrance Examination, JEE (Main). The Paper-1 (B. E./B. Tech.) of JEE (Main) will also be an eligibility test for the JEE (Advanced), which the candidate has to take if he/she is aspiring for admission to the undergraduate programmes offered by the IITs. 

For JEE (Advanced) 2014: If a candidate submits the particulars of his/her qualifying examination for 2013, the top 20 percentile criteria of 2013 will be applicable which was declared by NTs after the declaration of the boards' results of 2013. Similarly, the candidates who are providing their qualifying examination particulars of 2014, the criteria of 20 percentile will be applicable which will be declared after the declaration of the boards' results of 2014.
The weightage of normalized qualifying examination marks is only for deciding ranking of JEE (Main) which will be used for admission to all Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs)/ NITs/IIITs but excluding IITs.
The candidates who are appearing in the improvement examination to improve their qualifying examination marks will get only one chance to inform JEE (Main) Unit as to which year qualifying examination marks to be considered for the purpose of declaration of final merit. The candidates are advised to regularly visit JEE (Main) website and newspapers for the notification regarding above.
