Qualification	Chief General Manager Qualification: M.Tech, working/retiredin the rank of Superintending Engineer with minimum total experience of 15-20 years' in Urban Transport. Training, Emolument and Placements: He/She will be paid emolument of Rs. 1,00,000 per month. Serving Government personnel will be paid as per Govt, norms and the retired Govt, personnel will be paid last drawn pay minus pension. Upper Age Limit: 62 years as on 31.03.2014 General Manager (Technical) Qualification: MTech/B.Tech, working/retired in the rank of Superintending Engineer with minimum total experience of 10-15 years'in Urban Transport. Training, Emolument and Placements: He/She will be paid emolument of Rs.80,000 per month. Serving Government personnel will be paid as per Govt, norms and the retired Govt, personnel will be paid last drawn pay minus pension. Upper Age Limit: 62 years as on 31.03.2014 General Manager (Finance/Administration) Qualification: Chartered Accountant and MBA with 15 year experience. Training, Emolument and Placements: He/She will be paid emolument of Rs.80,000 per month on contract basis. Upper Age Limit: 62 years as on 31.03.2014 Project Manager Qualification: M.Tech/B.Techwith 10 years' experience in Urban Transport Training, Emolument and Placements: He/She will be paid emolument of Rs.60-70,000 per month on contract basis. Upper Age Limit: 40 years as on 01.04.2014 Company Secretary Qualification: Company Secretary with 5 years'post qualification experience Training, Emolument and Placements: Selected candidate will be in probation period of 2 months. He/She will be paid emolument of Rs. 55-60,000 per month Manager (Finance) Qualification: Chartered Accountant with minimum 5 years'post qualification experience Training, Emolument and Placements: Selected candidate will be in probation period of 2 months. He/She will be paid emolument of Rs.55-60,000 per month. Deputy Project Manager Qualification: B.Tech with minimum 60% marks and at least 5 years' experience in urban transport Training, Emolument and Placements: Selected candidate will be in probation period of 2 months. They will be paid emolument of Rs.50-55,000 per month on contract basis Manager Legal- Qualification: Law Graduate from reputed institute with 5 years post qualification experience.
