Criteria:
-   First class throughout - X, XII, Diploma or BE / B.Tech in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgy, Production) (AICTE-recognised).
-   Should have passed Engineering diploma / degree in 2010 or later
-   Work experience of at least one year
-   Should be willing to relocate anywhere in India.
